Your legal rights

Manufacturing defect

You keep your statutory rights under the consumer law that applies to you. Contact us as soon as you notice it.

Your rights

The maker is the seller of your guitar. In the EU you have the legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771) for manufacturing defects. GuitarHub works out a resolution with the maker, which may be a repair, a replacement or a refund in line with those rights.

Natural variation in wood grain and colour, the way the wood sounds to you, or a change of mind are not defects.

How to report a problem

Write to support@guitarhub.store with your order number, photos and a short description. Please do not start any repair until we have talked it through.

Caring for your guitar

  • Keep it away from direct heat, damp and sudden changes in temperature.
  • Let it reach room temperature in its case before opening it after travel.
  • Wipe it with a clean, soft cloth after playing.
  • Ask us which cleaning products suit your finish and fretboard.
  • Leave adjustments you are unsure about to a qualified repairer.

The full terms are in our refund policy.
